Admissions
At the Court Reporting Institute, we believe it is extremely important for each prospective student to spend some time with one of our admissions coordinators talking about the career of court reporting, our college, and what’s involved in the program. This is especially true for a student interested in our online program.
Being an online student takes a lot of discipline and self-motivation. If you are interested in our online program we strongly recommend you explore the links “Tech Requirements” and “Is Online Right For You?” These sections will help you understand what’s required to be successful in our online program.
After you’ve explored the links mentioned above, your next step is to contact one of our online admissions coordinators who can provide you
with more information about our online program and arrange a personal interview.
Applicants to the online program must have a high school
diploma or GED. Aside from that, there are no other “pre-requisites”
or previous education necessary to enter the college.
