ACCREDITATION
The Court Reporting Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award Associate’s Degrees.  The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). 

SPECIAL PROGRAM APPROVAL
Our court reporting program is approved by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA).

DEGREE AUTHORITY
Our college has a Certificate of Authority to award an Associate of Applied Science Degree from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).

STATE LICENSE
Our college is licensed by the Texas Workforce Commission Career
Schools and Veterans Education Section (TWC).
